Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is lovely, with rooms that had complimentary chocolate, especially enjoyable with the Nespresso coffee machine. However, some rooms facing the courtyard felt a bit worn out. The location was good, but a bit far to walk to the town center. The service was professional and attentive, though there was an issue with a delayed check-in. The dining was good with plenty of variety, but could use more options at certain times. Overall, a comfortable and friendly stay with excellent facilities.
What a delightful stay! The hotel's location is superb, close to town and with stunning views of the Atlantic. Our room was an absolute dream, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking scenery. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff making our anniversary extra special. The dining experience was enjoyable, though a bit busy at times. A lovely stay overall with a few minor hiccups here and there.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I found it to be a lovely and comfortable place. The room was large and had a nice bathroom with a terrific shower. We even received a bottle of wine and a lovely card for our anniversary, which was amazing. However, there was some noise from neighboring guests in the early morning.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, although they were a bit too warm in the middle of the night. The selection of products and fluffy towels were a nice touch. However, the bed was as hard as a table, which affected my sleep quality.
The hotel has a convenient location outside Sligo downtown. The rooms need updating and have a damp odor, but the staff is friendly and the food is good. The dining options are limited due to current restrictions. The entrance could be improved to match the Kenmare Suite. Overall, an okay stay with some drawbacks.
The hotel offers very clean rooms, but they are a bit isolated, and the dining experience had undercooked lamb. The location, while good, requires navigation, and the Asian street food is noted as above average.
The hotel was a mix of amazing and disappointing experiences. We were kindly greeted with a bottle of wine and a lovely card for our anniversary, but the room had absolutely no view and felt like a private hospital room with a hard bed. The staff was top-class, friendly, warm, and welcoming, although there were some issues with the service when it came to food orders and breakfast arrangements. The location was perfect for exploring but lacked alternatives, and the dining experience was somewhat hap-hazard and cramped. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel was nice overall with comfortable rooms, but the service lacked attention to detail. The location is convenient for specific activities but not ideal for general exploration. The dining experience was excellent despite some minor issues. The facilities were satisfactory.
